Byte Bunny S.L. provides custom software development services. Specific terms for individual projects are established through separate service agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during a project is transferred to the client upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

Byte Bunny S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
